The liquidation procedure of JOINT STOCK COMPANY ‘MEGABANK’ (hereinafter – JSC ‘MEGABANK’) has been started for a period of three years from July 22, 2022 to July 21, 2025 inclusive.
The Deposit Guarantee Fund (hereinafter – the DGF) appointed Ms. Iryna V. Bila, lead asset management and bank liquidation specialist of the Bank Liquidation Procedures Division, DGF Bank Liquidation Department, as an authorized officer for a period of three years from July 22, 2022 to July 21, 2025 inclusive, and delegated to her all powers of the JSC ‘MEGABANK’s liquidator, defined by the Law of Ukraine on the Household Deposit Guarantee Scheme (hereinafter – the Law), in particular, Articles 37, 38, 47-52, 521, 53 of the Law, including the right to sign any agreements related to the sale of the bank`s assets in the manner specified by the Law, except for organizing the asset sales and filing claims and lawsuits seeking the damages specified in paragraphs 5 and 10 of Article 52 of the Law.

The claims of creditors will be accepted within 30 days from the day of publication of the official announcement of bank liquidation in the Holos Ukrainy newspaper at 17, Sichovykh Striltsiv St, Kyiv, 04053.
Creditors` claims will be satisfied at the expense of the funds received as a result of the liquidation procedure and sale of the bank`s property (assets), in the order provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 52 of the Law.

The liquidation procedure was started based on the National Bank of Ukraine Board Resolution dated July 21, 2022 # 362-рш on Revocation of the Banking License and Liquidation of the JOINT STOCK COMPANY ‘MEGABANK’ and Decision of the DGF Executive Board dated July 21, 2022 # 506 on Commencement of the Liquidation Procedure of JSC ‘MEGABANK’ and Delegation of Powers of the Bank Liquidator.
