On February 20, 2026, the DGF will begin the procedure of JSC “FIRST INVESTMENT BANK” resolution by introducing a provisional administration for a period of 1 month starting from February 20, 2026 to March 19, 2026 inclusive.
The DGF has appointed Olena Pavelko, Lead Economist of the Provisional Administration Unit of Early Response Division of the Bank Monitoring Department, as the authorized officer and has delegated to her all powers of JSC “FIRST INVESTMENT BANK” provisional administrator, defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Household Deposit Guarantee Scheme” (hereinafter – the Law), in particular, by paragraph two of the first part of the Article 36, Articles 37, 38 of the Law, for a period of 1 month – from February 20, 2026 to March 19, 2026 inclusive.
JSC “FIRST INVESTMENT BANK” details are as follows: bank code: (MFO) 300506, identification code of the legal entity according to The Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations: 26410155, location: Ukraine, 01135, Kyiv, 1 Halytska Square.
Information on the date and procedure for payout to depositors of JSC “FIRST INVESTMENT BANK” will be announced additionally on the official website of the DGF — www.fg.gov.ua, on the website of JSC “FIRST INVESTMENT BANK” — https://www.pinbank.ua and at the bank's branches.

The provisional administration of JSC “FIRST INVESTMENT BANK” was initiated in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) dated February 19, 2026, № 49-рш/БТ "On the resolution of the bank JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “FIRST INVESTMET BANK” and Decision of the DGF Executive Board dated February 19, 2026, № 151 “On Termination of the Provisional Administration in JSC “FIRST INVESTMENT BANK” and Delegation of Powers of the Bank’s provisional administrator.
