On February 20, 2026, the DGF starts the procedure of JSC “MOTOR-BANK” resolution by introducing a provisional administration for a period of 1 month starting from February 20, 2026 to March 19, 2026 inclusive.
The DGF has appointed Denys Novykov, Head of the Early Response Division of the Bank Monitoring Department, as the authorized officer and has delegated to him all powers of JSC “MOTOR-BANK” provisional administrator, defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Household Deposit Guarantee Scheme” (hereinafter – the Law), in particular, by paragraph two of the first part of the Article 36, Articles 37, 38 of the Law, for a period of 1 month – from February 20, 2026 to March 19, 2026 inclusive.
JSC “MOTOR-BANK” details are as follows: bank code: (MFO) 313009, identification code of the legal entity according to The Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations: 35345213, location: Ukraine, 01033, Kyiv, 79 Volodymyrska Street.
Information on the date and procedure for payout to depositors of JSC “MOTOR- BANK” will be announced additionally on the official website of the DGF — www.fg.gov.ua, on the website of JSC “MOTOR-BANK” — https://motor-bank.ua and at the bank's branches.

The provisional administration of JSC “MOTOR-BANK” was initiated in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) dated February 19, 2026, № 48-рш/БТ "On the resolution of the bank JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “MOTOR-BANK” and Decision of the DGF Executive Board dated February 19, 2026, № 150 “On Termination of the Provisional Administration in JSC “MOTOR-BANK” and Delegation of Powers of the Bank’s provisional administrator.
