On November 5, 2025, the DGF started the procedure of JSC “RwS BANK” resolution by introducing a provisional administration for a period of 1 month starting from November 5 to December 4, 2025 inclusive.
The DGF has appointed Denys Novykov, Head of the Early Response Division of the Bank Monitoring Department, as an authorized officer and delegated to him all powers of JSC “RwS BANK” provisional administrator, defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Household Deposit Guarantee Scheme” (hereinafter – the Law), in particular, by paragraph two of the first part of the Article 36, Articles 37, 38 of the Law, for a period of 1 month – from November 5 to December 4, 2025.
JSC “RwS BANK” details are as follows: bank code: (MFO) 339072, identification code of the legal entity according to The Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations: 39849797, location: Ukraine, 04071, Kyiv, 29/58 Vvedenska Street.
Information on the date and procedure for payout to depositors of JSC “RwS BANK” will be announced additionally on the official website of the DGF — www.fg.gov.ua , on the website of JSC “RwS BANK” — https://rwsbank.com.ua/ and at the bank's branches.

The liquidation procedure of JSC “RwS BANK” was initiated according to Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) dated November 4, 2025, No. 398-рш/БТ "On the resolution of the bank JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “RwS BANK’’ and Decision of the DGF Executive Board dated November 4, 2025, No.1044 “On Termination of the Provisional Administration in JSC “RwS BANK” and Delegation of Powers of the Bank’s provisional administrator.
