In view of the fact that the shares of JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "SENSE BANK" (hereinafter – JSC "SENSE BANK") were transferred into the ownership of the Government, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Deposit Guarantee Fund (hereinafter – the DGF) Executive Board adopted Decision dated July 22, 2023 No. 885 on Termination of the Provisional Administration in JSC "SENSE BANK".
According to the said decision, starting from 9 am of July, 23, 2023, the provisional administration in JSC "SENSE BANK" was terminated and the powers of the banks’ provisional administrator delegated to Ms. Viktoriia S. Stepanets, DGF authorized officer, were revoked.
The DGF has completed its functions. From now on, JSC "SENSE BANK" is owned by the State.
