From now on, all information regarding the DGF activity, reimbursement of the covered deposits, creditors’ claims satisfaction, etc. is available via 0-800-105-800.
Calls to the DGF hotline remain free of charge within Ukraine for mobile phones connected to the national telecom operators. The number of DGF hotline +38 (044) 333-36-55 has not changed (the calls to this number are charged according to the tariffs of the operator).
The DGF Information and Consulting Center can be reached at +38 (044) 333-35-85 (the cost of the calls are according to the tariffs of the operator). It is also open for the reception of citizens every Monday and Thursday from 09:00 until 18.00 at 17, Sichovyh Striltsiv St, Kyiv, 04053.
